Courses
The course of Peking Opera facial makeup teaches the painting methods and creative concepts of Peking Opera stage makeup (colored face). Students learn about the use of a paintbrush, the dramatic power of color, and the cultural meaning of pattern and composition.
Workshop
The workshop brings Chinese Peking Opera martial arts pas de deux and solo to the participants. The workshops are usually relaxed and fun, suitable for those who do not have a background in Peking Opera and do not know how to enter the world of Peking Opera and Chinese culture.
Summer Camp
During the summer vacation, we divided Peking Opera into group activities and drama games. We use group activities to develop participants' gymnastics and physical flexibility. Improvisation is interspersed between activities, and the ability to use the imagination and create imagined environments is the focus of the camp.
Staging
On stage, why not? Taking the stage, traditional or non-traditional, can be fun and engaging. The beauty of the performance is certainly a remarkable achievement, but the opportunity to get in touch with the art of Peking Opera and Chinese culture is even more meaningful. The content of the performance covers the possibility of adapting traditional Chinese Peking Opera classics and Peking Opera-style western drama scripts.
