The name of UpavilioN consists of several words such as U (you), Up (up), Avilion (another term for Avalon, which is a mythical island featured in Arthurian Legend) and Pavilion. We hope to bring Chinese Peking Opera to children in nordic and around the Europe, make it an inspiring encounter of Chinese culture.
In Peking Opera you can sing, dance to the music, do tricks, do martial arts, use your imagination to lead the audience into another world and even accompany your friends as a musician!
